(1) Maintain, examination and fault treatment
To keep the bearing in original performance and to use it in good condition for a long period, maintenance and examination should be applied periodically to avoid stoppage, make sure it’s perfect turnover and improve efficiency and benefit.Maintain it periodically according to machine operation condition and performance standard. Monitor operation condition; added or replaced lubricant; remove and check regularly.
Notices for maintenance are as followed: condition of turn sound, vibration, temperature and lubricant.
During operation, any abnormal situation happens; take reference from Form2; find reasons; take measures.
Items about after demolition, take reference from examination and separation for bearing above.
(2) Maintenance and installation
The bearing quality, as everyone knows is most important, but maintenance is also an important step. If maintenance is not good enough, even good quality bearing cannot play its role. When buying bearings, we need to pay attention to some questions: Don’t buy fake products, or more serious, we must buy the formal product, so the bearing quality assurance, XEZ brand bearing is worthy of trust among domestic bearing, hereare some bearing maintenance, installation, anti-embroidered, packaging and storage method: Bearing maintenance: rolling bearing is the important and basic piece of machinery, widely used in national economy and national defense fields. The use of rolling bearings of machinery and work environment differ in thousands of ways, so special attention must be paid on the bearing maintenance, prolonging the service life of bearing.
1, Bearing installation: Rolling bearing precision parts has high dimensional precision, if the installation is done improperly, you will lose the original precision and performance and it will result in bearing failure seriously. The installation space of the bearing and installation tools must be clean; thereby preventing all kinds of particles into the inside of the bearing will lead to damaged bearing. During operation, mounting and dismounting of bearings should not be directly hammer, should be subjected to uniform pressure, when shaft and bearing interference fit is large, the bearings should be immediately installed after heating.
2, The finished bearing antirust: In order to prevent the bearing under various environmental conditions during transport or storage with rust you must carry on the rust prevention treatment according to the national standard GB / TS597. Bearing antirust is half a year.
3, Bearing packing: Product in the current process is vulnerable to environmental conditions such as snow, dust, temperature, corrosive substances. Therefore, the requirements of bearing packaging should have a variety of properties, such as anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, shockproof, anti knocking, pressure etc.
4, Bearing safekeeping: Warehouse should not leak, bearing a stowed position to avoid direct sunlight, indoor air should flow, but cannot have dust invasion. The Treasury should set the ventilation and temperature regulating equipment. The Treasury should be kept dry, relative to the temperature control in 80% following; the indoor temperature control at 25 degrees Celsius, there should not be a large change in temperature between day and night. The temperature is too low, antirust agents easily crystallizes, crack, because partial bare metal from corrosion, high temperature, antirust agent easily deteriorates (evaporates), large temperature difference between day and night is easy to cause condensation of moisture on bearing surface caused by corrosion. In winter, the bearing location should not close to the heating around. Warehouse ground should be hard not easy to remove dirt. The bearing may not be associated with acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive materials, chemical raw materials, materials with large moisture. There should be no harmful gas around the Treasury.
(3) Damage and countermeasures of bearings
If you use bearing in the incorrect manner, they can achieve fatigue life. However if some early damage happens, the bearing can’t be used again. Unlike the fatigue life, this kind of damage is called fault or accident. The reasons would mostly be inconsiderateness of installation, using and lubrication, foreign intrusion, under research about bearing and bearing block.
Damage condition of bearing such as craze of roller bearing rings flange, the reasons would be lubricant starvation, improper brand, defect of structure for oil extraction, foreign intrusion, error of bearing installation or too big bend, or caused by all the reasons above.Therefore, it is hard to find out the real reason only according to research about bearing damage. However, the same accident can be prevented with enough knowledge about machines, process conditions, outer structure, clear knowledge about conditions of before and after accident, good analysis of damage conditions and relevant reasons.
