Process flow

Main production technology process (attached maps)

The company main process flow diagram:


Inside and outside ring inspecting into factory → Thermal treating →Channeling light (Shot blasting) → shot blasting → Face machined flat → Grinding plane → Grinding external diameter → Flaw detecting → Grinding the channel → Grinding inner bore → Super finishing groove → Barreling→ Demagnetizing → cleaning → Inspecting before installation → Fitting in bearings → pressing the retainer → End-product cleaning → Lettering → End product entering storage

1.Inside and outside bearing ring inspecting into the factory

Process: Inside and outside rings inspecting into factory
Note: This process mainly controls from external cooperation processing into the factory inspection, according to GB-T 2828-2008 sample standard to take samples, and main inspection categories include sizes and appearance.

2Inner and outer circle thermal treating (quenching)

Process: Thermal treating (quenching)
Equipment: Mesh belt furnace
Note: This process is to get crypto crystal or fine marten site, tiny and well-distributed carbide and a small amount of the metallographic structure of remained austenitic and to enhance bearing hardness, strength and wear-resisting property. Mainly control ring metallographic phase, hardness and deflections.

3Inner and outer circle channeling light (short blasting)

Process: Channeling light (short blasting)
Equipment: Short blasting machine
Note: This process is to get rid of the scale cinder of bearing ring surface. It mainly controls bearing rings and the chamfer radiance.

4Grinding the plane of inner and outer ring

Process: Grinding ring surface
Equipment: High-precision surface grinding
Note: The two end faces of bearing ring are processing benchmark of subsequent processes, as well as the bearing mounting dimensions. This process is to make bearing inner and outer rings reach up to the standard requirement. Mainly control ring width size deviation and other precisions.

5Grinding external diameter

Process: Grinding external diameter
Equipment: High-precision center less grinder
Note: This process is to adopt ex circle center less grinder to grind inner and outer external diameter to the standard size, as the benchmark of subsequent processes, the size need mainly controlled is size precision and form and position tolerance. In addition, the external diameter grinding of outer ring is the key process.

6.Flaw detecting

Process: Flaw detecting
Equipment: Magna flux machine
Note: This process is an important testing procedure to inspect if bearing surface has some defects like flaw. Main control is crack.

7.Grinding groove

Process: Grinding groove
Equipment: High-precision inner and outer grinder
Note: Groove surface is bearing working surface. Groove process quality plays a decisive role of finished product life span, vibration and noise. The process adopts bearing groove special grinder to grind internal and external groove up to industrial craft standard, being key procedure. Mainly control groove size, precision, roughness and circular degree.

8.Grinding inner bore

Process: Grinding inner bore
Equipment: High-precision inner bore grinder
Note: Inner diameter is an important coordination dimension of bearing, the size of which will affect the match quality between bearing and axle. The process adopts bearing inner bore special grinder grinding insider bore to required size and form and position tolerance, being key process. Mainly controls size deviation, ellipse and taper of bearing inner bore.

9. Groove high-precision

Process: Groove high-precision
Equipment: This process aims at getting rid of remained small wave crest and trough on the groove surface produced during grinding process through high-precision grind processing, which makes bearing groove surface more smooth and glabrous to reduce friction, lower noise, increase bearing working time.

10. Barreling

Process: Barreling
Equipment: High-precision barreling machine
Note: This process is to increase outside ring surface roughness and circular degree. Mainly control circular degree and roughness.

11.Demagnetizing

Process: Magnetic cleaning machine
Note: In this process bearing ring return remained magnetism to prevent magnetic impurity into bearing inside from affecting bearing noise and life span. Mainly control bearing ring remained magnetism.

12. Cleaning

Process: Bearing ring cleaning
Equipment: Channel-type cleaning machine
Note: The process cleans bearing ring surface, remained impurity and other foreign body in groove. Mainly controls bearing ring cleanness.

13. Inspecting before installation

Process: Inspecting before installation
Equipment: Standard detecting instrument
Note: This process is to detect totally the sizes of bearing inner ring, inner diameter, outer ring etc.—all sizes detecting. Mainly control bearing inner diameter, outer diameter and groove etc.

14. Fitting in bearings

Process: Fitting in bearings
Equipment: Full-automatic fitting machine
Note: The process is on the basis of play requirement to select inner and outer rings and steel balls combined together. Mainly control radial play.

15. Pressing retainer

Process: pressing retainer
Equipment: Full-automatic lock seaming machine
Note: This process uses full-automatic retainer filling machine to complete the bearing loads material automatically, steel balls separate automatically, retainer supplies material automatically and retainer rivets automatically. Mainly control rotating flexibility.

16. Finished product cleaning

Process: Finished product cleaning
Equipment: Channel-type cleaning machine
Note: The process adopts channel-type cleaning machine to clean thoroughly the fitted bearings and the cleaning quality will affect directly product noise. It need mainly control cleanness.

17. Lettering

Process: Lettering
Equipment: High-precision laser lettering machine
Note: the process use laser marking machine to letter bearing model and relative information on bearings according to customer requirements. Mainly control the letter size and definition.

18. Grease gland

Process: Grease gland
Equipment: Full-automatic greasing gland machine
Note: the process adopts advanced automatic greasing gland production line to grease accurately lubricating grease into bearing inside, press, and mount seal rings. Mainly control greasing volume and the mounting quality of seal rings.

19. Vibration detecting

Process: Vibration and noise detecting
Equipment: Vibration detecting machine
Note: The process adopts special bearing vibration detecting machine to 100% inspectbearing vibration and listen the bearing rotating sound through voice box. Mainly control bearing vibration value and voice.

20. Packing and warehousing

Process: Packing and warehousing
Note: The process use barrel-shaped and plastic film method to put qualified bearing product into external packing box. Mainly control packing method and quantity of package.
